Tailored Personal Training

We can tailor a program to your needs depending on what you want to achieve. We have a number of popular programs and these can be adjusted to your particular goals and targets.

Personal training usually involves 2 sessions per week and this is then spread out over either 4 weeks or 8 weeks depending on your program.

We design every element of your program and work with you in the gym twice a week to make sure you are on track.
