Barre class is a rigorous workout that blends elements from different exercise styles including ballet, pilates, and yoga. Barre classes typically focus on small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement.
Not only does a Spin class benefit your muscles—everything from your legs to your core—but it's also a great low-impact cardiovascular workout, which improves your blood flow, increases your stamina, boosts your mood.
Clubbercise is a fun full body workout with a great soundtrack that gets great results. One session burns around 600 calories. The routines combine dance, toning and combat moves with options to suit all fitness levels. Classes are held in a darkened room with disco lights bringing a night out to your workout.
The Insanity workout is an advanced exercise program. It involves bodyweight exercises and high-intensity interval training. Insanity workouts are performed 60 minutes at a time. These workouts are considered intense and are typically only recommended for participants who already have a baseline level of fitness.
